Mountains of snow getting you down? We have many exciting events scheduled at Temple Israel to help you make it through February. Plus, get excited for March - the first weekend is packed, with a Hadassah sponsored Shabbat (with Famous Chocolate Oneg), 'Raise the Roof' Film Screening, and Superbia Series' Meet and Greet Potluck. And, to brighten your day right now, here is a picture from the Hebrew School's performance at our recent Semi-Annual meeting:
Shalom! Temple Israel's offices were closed yesterday due to the weather, and with a blizzard heading our way tomorrow it looks like we'll be closed again. If you have matters you'd like to discuss with the office, please call or email - Kate will be checking and responding to messages and email from home. Stay safe and warm!
Temple Israel's office hours are Tuesdays & Thursdays 10-2. Rabbi Andrea's office hours are Tuesdays, 9-12.
Shalom! Temple Israel hosted our Semi-Annual Meeting this past Sunday. Those in attendance were treated to a wonderful performance from the Hebrew School - a musical retelling of the seven days of creation! Thank you to the Hebrew School students and staff for this very entertaining intermission.
Sunday, July 30, 4-7pm: Join us on a neighboorhood walking tour of local gardens. We'll be traveling on foot to three gardens: a first-year garden, a garden created and maintained by a renter, and a mature urban homestead. Then we will head to the home of a TI member for pizza and a tour of this 1/2 acre multiuse property. Meet at TI at 4pm to join the tour. Please RSVP to office(@)templeisraelgreenfield.org
