The Israel Dialogue Project of Greenfield's Temple Israel hosted a screening April 13 of the new film A Third Way. Director Harvey Stein was present for a talk back after the screening. The film represents efforts towards justice, equality and reconciliation between West Bank settlers and their Palestinian neighbors. This balanced and affecting film represents many voices, often contradictory, within both the Jewish and Palestinian communities. These contradicitions - and the search for a Third Way - are at the heart of the film, which follows the Jews and Muslims who consider themselves students of the late Rabbi Menachem Fruman. Richie Davis of the Recorder worte this very insightful piece prior to the screening.
