Conflict is everywhere, and perhaps, necessary for growth. But violence and fragmentation is NOT necessary or helpful. One of the arts to conflict transformation is the art of asking question.
We’ll take this hour+ to examine intention, tone of voice, and curiosity to deepen our skill set for hard conversations.
