Embracing Conflict: A Two Part Class with Rabbi Andrea
Conflict is ubiquitous. Conflict it is often conflated with violence and fear, but it is necessary for growth. Conflict can be embraced as an opportunity for transformation, wisdom and intimacy.
In this two part class, we'll study the mitvzah of "compassionate confrontation" to find out what attributes we can nurture in order to gain skill in this important mitzvah, learning a couple of helpful principles when confronting and embracing our own embodied experience with conflict.
We'll build in time for Q&A and practice.
These classes will be most enriching if you can commit to attending both sessions, but will still have value if you can only attend one. $15/class or $20 for series requested from non-members. Limited space available - e-mail [email protected] to register.
