Presenter Alona Weimer (she/her) is a white Ashkenazi community organizer, educator, and archivist. She received her B.A. in Black Studies from Brandeis University before becoming a racial justice organizer and trainer with Jewish communities across Boston. In 2019, Alona created the Talmud + Reparations Project with support from Hebrew College and the Hadar Institute. Alona is an alum of Yeshivat Hadar, JOIN for Justice, and Fulbright Germany.
